Walk directly across the street down your private access path to one of the best beaches our area has to offer, fish right off your dock or drop a kayak in your own back yard and enjoy nearby islands and sandbars. A short distance across the bridge is a marina where you can rent a boat or jet ski for the day, or even spend some time at two of the local favorite watering holes with great food and entertainment. A general store, ice cream shop, surf shop and sports rental store are all nearby. Don’t forget to visit the famous drum circle on Nokomis Beach every Wednesday & Saturday night.
Nokomis is a “less touristy” area nestled between Sarasota & Venice, which is easily accessed by either Sarasota, Tampa or Ft Myers airports. Historic Downtown Venice is a short drive South, where you can enjoy more restaurants, shopping, golfing and another beautiful beach. A short drive North is Sarasota and Siesta Key, where you will find plenty of cultural activities such as theater, art galleries, more shopping and more beaches.
The garage and upstairs apartment on the right side are not included in this rental. The owners keep a boat on the lift in back, but the view is still amazing. Please confirm owners current occupancy schedule with property manager if you are concerned about sharing the space.
